Wise&Miller is an executive search and coaching firm working across the Middle East & Africa. We rebuilt their website completely and look after their LinkedIn, posting for the company and for Managing Partner Marc Mulder.

Wise&Miller’s work doesn’t photograph well. Executive search and coaching aren’t visual, and what passes between the firm and its clients is confidential.
We manage two LinkedIn profiles for them, the company page and the personal profile of Marc Mulder, the Managing Partner. Each gets its own tone, since a post from the firm shouldn’t read like a post from Marc. We also rebuilt their website, completely.
Climbers reaching the peak
Since we can’t show the work itself, the visuals are metaphors for whatever a post is about. Climbers reaching the peak of a mountain stand for leadership and perseverance. One post on the company page pairs a climber’s chalked hand with a rock face. Its text compares the chalk that keeps a climber’s grip secure to the support Wise&Miller’s career coaching gives. Nature photography does a second job for us, because it catches the eye in a saturated LinkedIn feed.
The posts themselves are about leadership, executive search and coaching. They go out consistently so Wise&Miller stays at the front of people’s minds. Quotes from well-known leaders have done especially well. So has the occasional collaboration story.
Behind them is the routine we use for every account we manage. We work out who the posts are for, plan what goes out, make the content, publish it and then look at how it performed. One of the figures we follow for Wise&Miller is how many LinkedIn members the posts reach each day. Since we started on their LinkedIn, their followers have grown steadily and engagement has gone up.
The client who was happy to talk
A highlight was the collaboration post we made with one of Wise&Miller’s clients. Much of their work is delicate executive hiring, so we rarely get to share specifics. This client was happy to speak about their experience, and the engagement on that post was fantastic.
Marc’s profile does something the company page can’t. Posts there come from a person, and that personal touch builds relationships and opens up new opportunities.
